How is Nano Fat Injection Performed?

Here are some precautions to take:

• Wear a compression garment in the Liposuction-treated area. The duration of continuous usage depends on the size of the area, typically ranging from 2 to 3 weeks.
• Apply cold compresses to reduce swelling and edema.
• Avoid hot baths. If necessary, take lukewarm showers instead.
• Stay away from high heat and steam environments such as saunas, steam rooms, and tanning beds.
• Protect the treated area from impact or injury.
• Avoid engaging in heavy physical activities.
• Do not sleep on the treated area.
• Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
• Refrain from smoking.
• Do not massage, scratch, or apply cosmetics to the treated area.
